The location of the temple was announced on February 26, 2024 at a 15.11 acre site at SE 20th Street and SE Bybee Road. The Vancouver Washington Temple is a planned temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that will be built on the border of Vancouver and Camas, Washington.[3] It will become the sixth temple built in Washington, and the second in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.[4]

The location of the temple was announced on February 26, 2024 at a 15.11 acre site at SE 20th Street and SE Bybee Road. The site straddles the border of Camas and Vancouver.[7] At the same time, the Church announced that the temple would be multistory and would be approximately 43,000 square feet.[8] The site is located in a primarily undeveloped area about 1/3 mile from a residential area.

On September 3, 2024, the Church released a rendering of the Temple.[9]
