Fitness is a hobby introduced in New Horizons. When a villager has this hobby, they will lift heavy dumbbells anywhere on the island, while other villagers will only do so in the plaza. Many of the villagers with this hobby have the jock personality, and every gorilla has this hobby except for Rilla, who has the Nature hobby.
