Patricia is a rhino with large, sparkly eyes, very similar to Cookie's. She is yellow with orange-yellow spots, making her resemble cheese. Her horns are pale pink fading to a more vivid pink, each with a green stripe at the bottom, making them resemble watermelon. Her initial shirt is the Red Aloha shirt, like all female islanders.

Patricia has a normal personality, and frequently acts kind towards the player. Normal villagers generally get along well with lazy, peppy, smug, snooty, and other normal villagers. Patricia may conflict with cranky and sisterly villagers. As a normal villager, Patricia will usually wake up at 6:00 am and is easier to befriend than most. Both normal and peppy villagers reference an unseen friend known as Moppina.

Like all islanders, Patricia starts off with an empty house, that she will request furniture for.

Her yellow, cheese-like (or sponge-like) color scheme and pink horns are reminiscent of the television show SpongeBob SquarePants.
While not impossible, this is most likely not an intentional reference. SpongeBob SquarePants debuted in Japan in April of 2002, only a year and two months from when Animal Forest e+ was released. Whether Patricia's color scheme was a purposeful reference or not would depend on whether she had been designed before or after the debut of SpongeBob.
