Black Lion Hotel

We had a great stay in the heart of the city center, just a short walk from the train station. The location was perfect for exploring all that the city has to offer. The room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning, which set us up for a day of sightseeing. The hotel had all the necessary facilities, including a lovely view of the city skyline.

There was some noise from the surrounding area, but it did not significantly affect our overall experience.

The room at Black Lion Hotel was incredibly comfortable, with a great shower and a lovely surprise of a delicious breakfast. The location was ideal, close to the shops and clubs, and within walking distance of the train station. The property was clean and well-maintained, with a smart TV that had Netflix and YouTube. The value for money was exceptional, exceeding my expectations. I had a wonderful stay at Black Lion Hotel and would highly recommend it for a short stay.

Almost perfect, but some small issues.

Well, it was an absolutely amazing stay in the area. The breakfast was included and consisted of cereals and toast.

Overall - convenient place with lovely staff on shift. Cereals and toast were featured for English breakfast and were amazing. I loved that the hotel was 21 minutes drive from the airport. The room was huge, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, would stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! The location was perfect; it was right in the heart of everything and in a nice area. The room was very clean, spacious, and we appreciated the amenities provided such as an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The staff were very friendly and helpful with local area knowledge, and we enjoyed the free welcome drink at the bar. It was great that there were lots of transport links and tourist attractions close by too.

Incredibly beautiful and fairly clean place. Brand-new room with a very clean bed. Top location and amicable staff were a definite plus.

Cosy pub, friendly staff, close to venue, well priced, great breakfast. Central location, clean and comfortable bed. Some rooms not en-suite. Excellent bar prices, tasty pub food. Would book again.

Unbeatable location, I greatly enjoyed welcoming staff and compact rooms. Everything was good as expected, though the bathroom was very small.
