Crowley was a businessman residing in New Gotham City.
Biography[]
Along with three other businessmen, including Larry Ketterly, Crowley formed Phoenix Industries, Inc. in order to purchase the docklands of New Gotham City. However, he was killed by Ketterly, who used his meta-human powers to make Crowley believe he was being swarmed by rats, causing him to walk into traffic. As he was dying, Dinah Redmond tried to comfort him.
The next morning, an article on his death appeared in the newspaper.[1]
