Detective Jack Barnstone was a police detective of the New Gotham Police Department, partnered with Grace Tanner.
Biography[]
Barnstone helped Grace Tanner and Jesse Reese bring in Silas Waters after he attempted to steal an armored truck. Because of this, Waters hunted the three of them down, firstly killing Barnstone.[1]
