Wayne Tower is located in Gotham City. It is the headquarters of Wayne Enterprises.
History[]
Wayne Tower was the headquarters of Wayne Enterprises. The Batcave was located underneath the building.

Following the collapse of the company, its subsidiaries remained operational and under the control of Bruce Wayne. However, the tower itself was abandoned and Wayne Security head, Luke Fox, was left in charge of it. His main responsibilities were to maintain Wayne Tower's operations, keep looters out, and protect the Batcave.
When Kate Kane returned to Gotham City, she broke into Wayne Tower to use the building's surveillance systems to track down Sophie Moore, encountering Luke in the process. After Kate discovered the Batcave, she eventually decided to use it to become Batwoman, with Luke's help.[1]
Kate eventually decided to start up a real estate development firm subsidiary, using Bruce's old office in Wayne Tower.[2]

It is assumed that as Bruce still owns the building, he is paying to keep the power on. However, the maintenance of the building for all its floors has not been taken care of; some areas such as the elevators were obviously vandalized after the company burnout.
