This is a quilt card I made back in January at my up line's (Chris Smith) home. I added the embossed flower using the Daydream Medallions stamp set along with the SAB stamp set Madison Avenue. These two stamp sets work well together. The flower petals were made with the Floral Frames Framelits die. This month's theme for the gallery is �Baby, it�s Cold Outside�. A cold winters day means snuggling under a warm winter quilt with a hot cuppa and a good book to me (before I learned to make cards, that is!)�so I made a Quilted card. Punched 12 squares, laid them on white cardstock and dry embossed the whole piece. Then mat the patchwork piece onto the chocolate polkadot panel, then onto card front. Add some threaded buttons, done. Easy peasy, and fairly flat - suitable for mailing.
