Soul Magic is a difficult magic to wield, even in its simplest forms. homebrew spell anonymity

As a challenge to myself, I try to mix up saves and damage types to end up with nonstandard combos, whilst still keeping the flavour copacetic. Usually, psychic damage - defined as overloading stimulus to the brain - is an Intelligence save. But I like the idea of a neurotoxin that overloaded the brain, preventing you from concentration.
