Ingredients • ¾ cup milk/buttermilk • 2tbs white vinegar • 1 cup all purpose flour • 1-2 tbs granulated sugar • 1 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt • 1 large egg • 28g melted butter • More butter/ghee for cooking • Chocolate of choice Toppings of choice Steps • 1. If you’re not using buttermilk mix your milk and vinegar in a large bowl and set it aside. • 2. In a separate bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. • 3. Add the egg and melted butter to your milk/buttermilk and mix. • 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until combined. • 5. Heat a thin layer of butter/ghee (just enough to grease the pan) over medium heat. • 6. Add about ¼ cup of the pancake batter and cover with a lid.
