It can be a challenge to find a "pop" song to incorporate into elementary choir classes. I have found it to be a great practice to add ad least one into each performance for so many reasons, and over the years I have learned how to make it work most successfully for my students. Today I want to share how I find and choose songs that will be successful and effective with my elementary choirs, and give you some examples of songs I have used over the years.

One challenge with incorporating pop music in elementary choir class is you can't pick out a few songs that work well and then keep using them or they will be outdated!
