One of the most common questions I get about kicking is “How do I kick lower?” 😩

The key points you need to nail are: 

1️⃣ POSTURE - Lean forward ✅
- the single most important point. 
- think about keeping your chest and head over the ball. 

2️⃣ BALL DROP - Keep it close to your body ✅
- the further out you drop the ball, the more you have to reach with your foot to make contact, which sends the ball upwards. 

3️⃣ BALL ANGLE - A slight forward tilt at contact ✅
- allows a better contact on your foot, better spin and will keep your kicks trajectory more consistent. 

4️⃣ MOMENTUM - Move towards target ✅
- will help to keep your bodyweight leaning forward. 
- use landing on your kicking leg as good feedback in this area.
