Candy Cane Cake Roll 🎄❤️
Cake Rolls have definitely become a new favorite of mine! They take a little of bit of practice but it’s always worth it in the end!
INGREDIENTS:
-6 large eggs, separated
• -5 tbsp milk, room temperature
• -4 tbsp vegetable oil
• -1 tsp vanilla extract
• -3/4 cup granulated sugar
• -1 cup all purpose flour
• -1 tsp baking powder
• -red food coloring
• -3-4 cups peppermint flavored frosting
Preheat the oven to 375F, and line a 9X13 baking pan with parchment paper. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks into two mixing bowls.
Whisk the milk, oil, and vanilla into the bowl of egg yolks. Next, sift in the flour and baking powder. Whisk until combined and set aside.
