Hotel Botanico Lisbon

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Botanico. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and all the attractions of Lisbon. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and even giving us an extra socket block. The room was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. We also appreciated the availability of a minibar in the room. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the small shower and limited towels, our overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend Hotel Botanico for a stress-free and enjoyable stay in Lisbon.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the hotel's location. It was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions of the city. Just a few steps away, we found a variety of fantastic local restaurants to enjoy. Additionally, the nearby vegetarian restaurant was a hidden gem worth visiting. The staff were helpful and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit. Despite a small hiccup with the bed arrangement, the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. The AC worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep even during the hot summer temperatures. we had a wonderful stay at Botanico and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located at the bottom of a steep hill, making it easy to explore the old downtown area and enjoy the restaurants in the vicinity. With the Blue Metro line just a short walk away, it's also very convenient for getting around the city center. The staff is extremely helpful, providing useful tips and going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

The air conditioning in some of the rooms could be improved.

Perfect central location, easy access to everything. Nice local restaurants nearby. Clean room with helpful staff. Easily accessible by foot, bus, or subway. Nearby park for relaxation.

The location of this hotel is excellent, close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of everything you want to see in the old town. The hotel is situated in a steep street, but it is really close to the city center. Despite its central location, it is still very quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast selection was great with lots of choices. the staff at the reception were exceptional, especially Tiago who was really professional, kind, and extremely helpful. the hotel's location was also a big plus, being close to all the tourist sights and main shopping areas.

The shower in the room was disappointingly small and didn't have any soap holders, so you had to place your soap and shampoo on the floor. It was really cramped and every time I tried to grab the soap or shampoo, I would end up hitting the shower door with my body.

The hotel is situated on a hill, providing a nice view of the city. It is close to the main Av Da Liberdade, making it easy to access the downtown area and the metro line. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered is delicious, and there are facilities such as a small fridge, safe, and fan available for guests to use.

One downside is that the TV in the room was not working.

This made it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the room and facilities were exactly what I expected from a 3-star hotel, and the air conditioning provided a comfortable environment.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. There were some nights when noise from a neighboring room, like furniture being moved, disturbed my sleep.

Despite being on top of a hill, it's still easily accessible for those with reduced mobility. The rooms are well-equipped with all basic amenities, including good furniture and a double bed. And the included breakfast is a nice bonus, providing a great start to the day.
