You don't need an x cut express. You don't need new sheet metals. You don't need chemicals. You don't need drypoint perspex.You don't need etching paper to print on. You can use some or all those things, yes! But you could also use an aluminium drink can, an old craft knife blade (though I do love my little electric engraver as seen in the video), a castor wheel off a chair and some cheap watercolour paper. In the video I share my image transfer method. You don't even need to do that. Fabulous Finds ~ Vintage Metal Stencil Set

Wow! Saw these vintage metal stencils today on Pinterest ~ I would just love to own these! Wouldn't they come in handy for all sorts of craft projects? Aside from the usability, they would be lovely hanging on a wall in a group ~ the patina and the graphic shapes are just beautiful! Unfortunately these are not in my budget, but if you have a few extra dollars they are available here.
