Ingredients 
4 tsp saunf/ fennel seeds
4 cardamom pods
3/4 cup mishri/ Jaggery / sugar
1/2 cup water ( for soaking)
1 cup water
Pinch of black salt
5-6 Ice cubes

Method
1. Soak fennel seeds and cardamom for 1/2 an hour 
2. In a blending jar, add soaked mixture and rock sugar/ mishri and blend nicely
3. Add ice cubes, saunf mixture and some water
