The Swooping Evil was a blue-and-green winged dark[1] magical beast.[3] It appeared similar to an extremely large butterfly, but with a wolf-like skull in place of an ordinary head. When it was not flying with its spiked wings, the Swooping Evil shrunk into a green spiny cocoon.[4] It could be quite dangerous, as it was an encephalophage — it fed on human brains — and its tough green skin had the ability to deflect at least some spells. Mooncalf Known for its smooth, pale grey skin and very long neck, the mooncalf lives in burrows and only comes out during a full moon. Their dung is used to help magical plants grow quickly, but only if harvested before sunrise. On a full moon night, they will perform a complicated mating dance in a geometric pattern, and due to their large webbed feet, it leads to very confused muggles!

Practicing with more dynamic forms, with the D&D monster as the subject. It was also nice to practice with imbuing a conservative and dark set of values with color.
