This beautifully refinished vanity was made from an unbranded sewing machine cabinet; it features a rectangular, ceramic sink, seven functioning drawers for storage, and a matte black faucet with a matching drain plug. The cabinet is finished in a rich, warm tone with several protective coats of marine spar varnish applied to protect the finish. The drawers feature intricate wood carvings that are original to the piece. This vanity acts as a simple "plug and use" where you can roll it up to an empty spot in your bathroom and connect the water supply lines and drain. It would work well in a spare bathroom, powder room, mudroom, etc. Although this piece has stood the test of time (est. 100+ years old) and it has been sealed to protect the finish, it is not recommended for full bathrooms due to high moisture and humidity, which can cause warping and swelling over time.
