Summary

[edit]
Description

Part of E's black belt test was no-gi grappling. Normally when we grapple, we wear those traditional Japanese martial arts uniforms known as a "gi". But a well-rounded martial artist must be able to fight with or without being able to use the gi. In a gi match, you can grab your opponent's (or your gi) to help you in your attacks. In a no-gi match, you can't grab the clothing.
