Bedlam (Earth 2)

Bedlam is an operative of Darkseid who participated in the invasion of Earth 2.

History

Bedlam was one of the soldiers sent by Steppenwolf to fight the Wonders of the Wolrd and the World Army. During the fight he took control of the Red Arrow and had him attack Flash.^[1]

When the World Army attacked the CERN where he was holding Terry Sloan, Mister Terrific and Mister Miracle under mental control to open a Boom Tube capable of taking Earth near the orbit of Apokolips Aquawoman gave him a stroke with her hydrokinetic powers but he quickly recovered and ran away with Terrific and Sloan.^[2]

Powers

• New God Physiology: The beings of Apokolips call themselves Gods and live outside of normal time and space, even outside of the normal 52 universes. These New Gods have evolved due to taking up the powers of other gods and through the use of the Source, believed to be one of the ultimate foundations of the Universal Expression of Energy, along with their superior technology, into beings of genetic stability and evolutionary perfection. The denizens of Apokolips are immortal, stronger, faster, and smarter than homo sapiens, despite their resemblance.
  • Flight: Bedlam has the ability to fly.^[1]
  • Telepathy: Bedlam can mentally comunicate with others^[3] and read thoughts.^[4]
    • Mind Control: Bedlam can take control of other people's actions.^[1]
  • Accelerated Healing: Bedlam could quickly recover from a stroke.^[2]
