The Bureau captured Flex Mentallo, who was forced to create their bizarre weapons with his mind.

Led by agent Darren Jones, the Bureau tried to kill Danny the Street. However, they fought and were defeated by Cyborg, Larry Trainor, and Maura Lee Karupt.
