Edward Nigma, aka the Riddler, is a criminal enemy of Batman who commits crimes through riddles.
History
Am Batgirl
He headed to Metropolis to continue his series of heists without Batman's intervention. However, he was stopped thanks to Batgirl and Robin.
Mayhem in the Multiverse
Hawkman was hiting the Riddler when the latter was rescued and recruited by Lex Luthor to join the Legion of Doom along with him and other villains, including Harley Quinn and the Super Villain Girls. It's then that Lex tells his team that he has the power to get rid of the superheroes by using the Amulet of Cythonna to lock them in the Phantom Zone. It was then that he along with Toyman imprisoned the Green Lantern Hal Jordan there. A little later, the Legion locked almost the entire Justice League in the Phantom Zone, where he and Star Sapphire locked John Stewart and Aquaman there. After that, Riddler along with the Legion was controlled by Cythonna, and they fought against the superheroes. And Riddler was easily defeated by Batgirl, who knocked him out with no problem. At the end, he appears tied up along with the rest of the villains, which were left out of the control of the evil Kryptonian goddess.
