The Outsiders are a team of vigilantes operating in the city-state of Gotham.
History
Little is known of their history, but they seek to fight the corrupt elite in Gotham under the leadership of the Oracle, Barbara Gordon.
During a mission to assassinate Senator and Wayne Enterprises CEO Thomas Elliot, Cassandra Cain is killed by Richard of the Gray Sons, Oracle gets captured and Tim Drake barely escapes. Both Elliot and the Gray Son later encounter Batman the Silenced and mysteriously disappear.
Oracle's ultimate fate is left unrevealed, but Tim Drake returns to the streets to assist Gotham's citizens in their fight against oppression.
