Sudden Super-Power Onset Syndrome[]
Hit #3 was the first out-of-the-blue appearance of Neon's Multilingualism power, and Hit #4 was his first outburst of Precognition. It seems to me like the first appearance of a convenient new super power, especially an unexplained empowerment, is noteworthy enough to merit a "category" tag on the page of the comics where it happens. I wasn't planning to tag ALL the appearances of Neon's Multilingo, Precog, etc. Stoop Davy Dave (talk) 12:34, January 30, 2016 (UTC)
