Marty Ingels was an American actor, voice actor, comedian, comedy sketch writer, and theatrical agent. For Disney, he voiced Colonel Hathi in The Jungle Book: Mowgli's Story and The Devil in two episodes of Darkwing Duck: "Dead Duck" and "Hot Spells".

Ingels was born in 1936 in the Brooklyn borough of New York City. His uncle was Abraham Beame, the mayor of New York City from 1974 to 1977. When got older, Ingels joined the Army where a talent scout spotted him. After winning money on a quiz show, he used his winnings to study at the Pasadena Playhouse.

He was best known as the co-star of the 1960s television series I'm Dickens, He's Fenster and for voicing Pac-Man in the Hanna-Barbera cartoon of the same name. His other television credits on camera and voice-over include Hennesey, Pete and Gladys, The Dick Van Dyke Show, Burke's Law, The Addams Family, Bewitched, Motormouse and Autocat, Cattanooga Cats, Adam-12, The Great Grape Ape Show, Chips, The Love Boat, Murder, She Wrote, Baywatch, Walker, Texas Ranger, ER, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
