Terry Notary is an American actor and stunt performer. He has performed mainly in animal and creature roles via motion capture. Among the films where he performed stunts and mo-cap performances include Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (Silver Surfer), The Incredible Hulk (Hulk and Abomination), Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Avatar (Banshee), Attack the Block (Head Alien), Planet of the Apes trilogy (Rocket), The Cabin in the Woods (Clown), The Adventures of Tintin: Secrets of the Unicorn, The Hobbit trilogy (Goblin and Laketown Refugee), and Kong: Skull Island (King Kong).
For Disney, he portrayed Cull Obsidian and was a stand in for Groot in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. He was also a stand in in The Lion King and for Buck and cameos as a Railway Worker in The Call of the Wild.
