Richard William 'Wil' Wheaton III is an American actor, voice actor, writer, and blogger, who is known for his portrayals of Wesley Crusher in the television series Star Trek: The Next Generation, Gordie Lachance in the 1986 film Stand By Me, Joey Trotta in Toy Soldiers, his voice role as Martin Brisby in the animated film The Secret of N.I.M.H., and for his recurring role as a fictionalized version of himself in the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory. He also did the voice role of Garth/Aqualad from Warner Bros. Animation/DC Comics animated series Teen Titans.
For Disney, he played Bennett Hoenicker in Flubber and voiced Skurg in the animated Jetix series Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!, Commander S'leet in Miles from Tomorrowland, and Michael Korvac in Guardians of the Galaxy. He also played Ehrich Weiss/Young Harry Houdini in Young Harry Houdini.
