UnCommons is a contemporary retail and dining environment designed in the Las Vegas area. The destination is influenced by the native desert landscape juxtaposed by a suburban character. The project is thoughtfully crafted for indoor and outdoor relaxation and engagement

Discovery at Perimeter Park is an existing business park, consisting of five buildings with 40,000 sf of space. 505Design helped reposition the property into a life science and technology campus by providing new signage and wayfinding.

The planning and development of a master wayfinding program is the organizational process of design coupled with the psychological process and understanding how people navigate. It is evaluation and research, the refinement of this gained information into goals and objectives, and then the development of communication and design strategies to reach them.
