genderflor (1st flag) is when your gender fluctates between identities that aren't masculine nor feminine, while genderfloren (2nd flag) is when your gender fluctates between all/most identities besides binary man and binary woman (so it includes identities like paragirl/paraboy, demigirl/demiboy, librafem/libramasc etc.) the names are similar so many people can mix those up :)
