The mash was creamy and moreish with the addition of sour cream (you could even add a few tablespoons of chopped fresh chives for that added baked potato with sour cream flavour). The meat and peas were delicious and I always think that beer pairs well with beef and the scone or biscuit topping is divine, like a crunchy, cheesy cornbread topping. The quantity it makes is quite large too.
