Overview

Expunge Assist has previously lost all project management processes with the offboarding of certain key members. This brought the project largely to a halt. We need to document our processes to make sure they are continued when the team changes.

Thoughts for this page are:

  • explaining our Org: EA meeting
  • how to change/cancel meetings w/ the org

Action Items

  • Create a wiki page for Collaborating with Org
  • Document the process
  • Link the new wiki page on the PM wiki page in the Processes section
