Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel Bickenhill

We stayed here for a conference at the nearby convention center. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing the NEC, but the walk back to the train station was a bit tricky. The conference center itself was quite loud, but that was to be expected. The room we had was basic but clean, and the bathroom was acceptable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. the hotel offered some decent facilities and advantages for conference attendees.

The walls in the hotel were very thin, and we could hear the conversations and even snoring of the people in the next room.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and perfect for attending events at the nearby NEC. We were impressed with the quality of the room amenities, including the comfortable bed and great selection of tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone. The staff were friendly and gave us excellent service, recommending some tasty specials in the restaurant.

Highly recommended, we had no issues at all during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway network, making it easy to find. The restaurant offers a variety of food options and is just a short walk from a shopping centre with plenty of good restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The staff are professional and polite, providing excellent service. The breakfast selection is great and includes delicious smoothie drinks. The hotel also has a fantastic pool and gym facilities.

The hotel may be understaffed on some nights in the restaurant, which can result in slower service.

We find it exceptional value in Birmingham. The location was brilliant, only 5 minutes walk to Lg Arena. It was also near the centre as well as LG Arena.

Its breakfast definitely has to be included.

Reasonably priced accommodation with fab setting close enough to the airport and railway station and restaurants, shops and food outlets. The breakfast was light with lots of continental type meat and sausages, and the staff were particularly helpful. Nice design, very good service in the entire hotel.

Brand-new and air-conditioned rooms, fairly clean bathroom. Low cost hotel in a central location next to the NEC convention centre. Very efficient service provided by incredibly polite staff made our stay so enjoyable!

I would say it's perfect place for staying and exploring Birmingham. The staff are all approachable. Perfect location not very far from Lg Arena.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the airport and NEC fair center. We loved how close it was to all the amenities, including top-notch dining options and entertainment. the nearby walking routes were well signposted and made for pleasant strolls. Plus, the transport links were excellent, making it convenient to explore the area.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating. the lack of proper isolation meant that some rooms needed portable heaters to keep warm.

I loved the efficient staff and well organised breakfasts. True 4-star experience, excellent service. Location was ideal. I found really nice Zizzi restaurant a short walk to the hotel. I had the brunch there. It was a really enjoyable stay.

The breakfast offered disappointing food, with items not being hot enough and some supplies running out. the bar food was also found to be of poor quality and one dish was particularly dry.

Had a mishap with my bra and the staff at Hilton saved the day with some safety pins! Otherwise, a clean, huge hotel with good food. Tea and coffee making hidden away nicely in the desk unit. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the events at the NEC. We loved that there was a coffee shop right beside the hotel, so we could grab a quick caffeine fix. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping taking care of all our needs. The room itself was incredible, with amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We even had a beautiful patio with garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even surprised us with an ice bucket and champagne, making our Christmas present to each other even more memorable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
