The suite at My Story Hotel Tejo was unbelievable! I felt like a king in the spacious living room, with a cozy sofa and huge TV. And the balcony? Oh my goodness, the view was absolutely stunning! As a guest who loves comfort and breathtaking views, this was paradise.

The historical elements in the rooms might not be everyone's cup of tea.

The hotel had a fantastic location, right in the heart of the historic center. It was conveniently close to everything we needed, with taxis readily available and tram stops nearby. We were able to easily explore all the main attractions in the city. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely view of the castle. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast, although plentiful, lacked variety and freshness.

This hotel is in a prime location, right in the center of the Rossio area. It is situated on a lively shopping street, which is perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided in the well-furnished rooms. The rooms offer a nice view over the roofs of the Baixa quarter, and some even have an amazing view of Castelo de São Jorge. The attention to detail, including good furnitures and lighting, is commendable. Additionally, the breakfast, although not included in my rate, offered a variety of hot and cold items, providing a satisfying start to the day.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a prime location, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful wooden finishes. The shower was excellent and the kitchenette was an added bonus. The breakfast offered a good selection, although I would have preferred some ham or cheese alongside the scrambled eggs.

Room cleanliness and maintenance could be improved.

Great spacious room with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. the shower was fantastic, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions.

There were a few drawbacks. the heating system in the room didn't work very well and left us feeling a bit chilly at times.

My stay at My Story Hotel Tejo was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and a nearby underground station. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided lots of information on places to eat and see. The hotel itself had a unique boutique style and the breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were excellent, with stylish bathrooms. I have stayed at this hotel three times now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I highly recommend this hotel for both pleasure and business trips.

The reception staff really need to work on their customer service. However, what shone at the hotel was the Restaurant & Bar. It was like being taken on a culinary journey through the heart of Portugal. The dishes were like a symphony of flavors, each bite a passport to another world. The wine list was like a treasure map, guiding us through the rich vineyards of the country. It was a sensory experience that surpassed all expectations.

There was an issue with the TV antenna, which could be improved by switching to digital TV. Additionally, when I requested a taxi early in the morning, I was surprised to find out that the hotel had booked a more expensive black car without informing me of the cost.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lisbon for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. The location of the hotel was perfect, it was centrally located and convenient to explore the city. The WiFi in the rooms and throughout the hotel was excellent, which was a big plus for me. The bed and linen in the room were the best I have ever slept on, so comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options including fruits, eggs, bacon, ham.

The location was perfect, being so close to all the key city sites, metro station and Rossio train station from where Sintra can be easily discovered. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a tasty breakfast buffet available for €10 and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of this hotel was top-notch, with the room being cleaned every day and the bathroom always spotless.

Nothing could have been better.

We loved the central location and modern rooms with good shower pressure. The staff were helpful and friendly, suggesting great restaurants and places for breakfast. The lobby was comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful. Plenty of storage space in the room. The staff were happy to store our luggage after check out.

The staff were accommodating and helped me resolve a small issue quickly and efficiently. I recommend this hotel for its location, service, and amenities.
