However you will be forced to use a lot more momentum and inertia due to the lack of stability. I recommend working one arm at a time, this will not only allow you to focus solely on each bicep/brachialis but also allow you to better align the muscles with the line of force (which is gravity). Keep that shoulder locked and stable, and control every rep and eccentric!
