This Crimini, Shiitake, and Oyster Mushroom Pizza is deliciously hearty without having any meat. The creamy soft buffalo mozzarella perfectly contrasts the acidic tomato sauce and briney garlicky olives, while the woodsy savoury mushrooms and thyme are the star of this pizza.
