RECIPE - Makes 12 onion rings
INGREDIENTS:
1 & 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
12 onion slices
seasoned salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place half of the shredded cheese in each ring of a donut pan.
3. Add an onion slice to each one.
4. Top with remaining cheese and then sprinkle on some seasoned salt.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
*Let cool down a bit before transferring to a paper towel to drain up the excess grease.
