This "Belle Bohémienne" jean skirt is one of my line of Renaissance Denim Couture, the name I chose for my line of couture because I take vintage denim and give it new life with French bohemian flair. To make this Renaissance Denim couture, I took a pair of authentic Seven for All Mankind button fly vintage jeans in a size 33 waist and formed a yoke at the top. Then, I made layers of exquisite, vintage ivory French lace and lined it to form a maxi denim skirt. I added two different kinds of vintage ivory French lace with roses, and created lots of fluttery ruffles throughout the skirt. The length is 42" and the waist measures 34" and the hips measure 40". The finished couture is a bohemian ballroom jean skirt that is funky, feminine, romantic, and very French chic! Belle Bohémienne!
