Turkish Tomato Salad
Fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor! 🥗 -2 tomatoes -1 cucumber -1/2 red or white onion -Lettuce (a handful) -2 tbsp olive oil -1 lemon (juice) -1 tbsp pomegranate syrup -½ tbsp Salt -Black pepper to taste 1.Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and lettuce. 2.Mix them in a bowl. 3.Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate syrup, salt, and black pepper. 4.Toss everything together. 5.Serve fresh and enjoy!

Meanwhile, whisk olive oil with vinegar and garlic. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. Combine with the vegetables and mix well. Top with salad leaves.
