I prioritize caring for my body. I enjoy my exercise routine as a time to practice endurance and get natural energy. I drink 2lts of water every day, I reduce the consumption of sugars by planning the family meals & snacks every day. I am prosperous in how I care for myself, as that allows me to serve my family and community and all the people around me. I put attention to my prayer morning, rosary, and a week day Mass. I avoid comparison as consider myself as unique God´s gift.
