I have used raw mung bean sprout but you can even steam them a little before adding them to the batter. • * Add rest of the ingredients and mix the batter, adjust the consistency if required by adding more water. • * Heat oil in a non stick pan, once the pan is hot transfer a big ladleful of the vegetable and sprout batter to the pan.
