Great for stabilizing and strengthening, and especially good if you’re limited by the weights you have at home. A band will really kick things up a notch!

Try 10 reps of each, 2x through. Use dumbbells that challenge you. I’m using 5lb/2.5kg here, but with a light resistance band, like mine from Hope Fitness Gear, your light dumbbells won’t feel light for long.
