Deepa Kuber/My Vegetarian,Vegan Recipes on Instagram: "✨Bisibele Bhaat (Quick & easy method) 3 cups cooked rice 2 cups cooked toor dal Tempering : 1 tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Urad dal 2 tsp Chana dal 8-10 Curry leaves Heeng/Asafetida 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder Sauté Veggies- carrots, green peas, green beans, green pepper or any of your choice. 1 tbsp Tamarind pulp 1 1/2 tbsp to 2 tbsp MTR Bisibele Bhaat powder Add Cooked dal. 5 cups of Water Salt to taste 1 tsp Red chili powder Add cooked rice and break down lumps. Add 2 tbsp Jaggery Cilantro leaves Let it simmer for another 5 mins. The consistency shouldn’t be too thick nor too runny. Add water. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix them. ▪️Cook for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Keep aside. ▪️Wash and chop spinach leaves. Keep aside. ▪️Heat oil in a pot. ▪️Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 4 dried red chillies. Let them sizzle. ▪️Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp chopped ginger.
