CLO Virtual Fashion Inc. has released Marvelous Designer 6 Personal for Steam with good performance and enhanced features. This official release will include support for 3 additional languages (English, Korean and Chinese) and Windows build.

Here is an alternate way of using Morph Targets in Marvelous Designer. They are supposed to be used to put a character in pose after you laid out the clothes on a neutral position, but as you can see, there are other applications

Greetings everyone! In this post I will show you how I approach creating characters for this art project, a 3d revision of the famous 1767 painting by Jean-Honore Fragonard.

It's been a few years since I really made anything in MD. Had a play with some of the newer features like zips and stitching. Really cool to see how this software is developing. Didn't really have a concept for this piece but ti's cool to see where it ended. Will do a few more of these pieces in the future!

Hi All :) Sharing my latest personal project.

Exploring Marvelous designer through a series of garments. Squeezing as much detail into the raw simulation before going into Zbrush. Could definitely do with some fine wrinkles but the overall forms seem to be looking good. Particle distance was around 3. Sometimes 2 or 1 for the cuff areas. Render times are around 15 minutes for 3k renders.
