This mixture makes enough for 5 pounds of ground meat. Use either ground pork or ground turkey, or a mixture of the two.

Mix up a batch of Italian Sausage Seasoning and then put it in soups and sauces to make everything taste like delicious sausages! If you want this to be mild, don't include the red pepper flakes.
