Product Details
Designed by Studio Chora, 2022. Sold individually. Available finishes: white limestone or green (resin). Dimensions: Height: 14-0" Width: 8-0" Depth: 5-1/2" The Hestian table lamp is a medium-sized, statement light fixture that is sculpted from clay pulp using non-toxic and low-VOC adhesives. It is mixed with recycled paper (turned into a pulp) and finished in a mineral gypsum plaster that naturally dries to a bright white colour. The shape is expressive of the human form. Form inspired by Elizabeth Grosz's 'Space, Time, and Perversion': "The question of dwelling, of where, and how to live..." Description: Matte white limestone or green resin finish. Table lamp. Candelabra socket. Round LED G16 40W candelabra bulb (included!) in soft white. 5'-0" clear cord. Surreal plaster base and shade, sealed with resin and lacquer. Domestic shipping: Shipments are picked up on the following day (Monday- Saturday), unless custom or otherwise noted. Products are carefully packed using second-use packing materials. *Shipping upgrades are available. Care Instructions: Studio Chora's plaster products are lightly sealed--meaning they retain a chalk-like, natural finish. Light dusting is all that is needed to keep the surface clean.
