Yay Running!
I started Couch to 5K (c25k) back in August 2011 as a way to get myself back into shape. Since September 2011, I've been doing one race a month and am about to start half-marathon (!!!) training. Here's a summary of the programs I use to train and the races I've run and will run! Also, goofy motivation that is running-specific.
