The Cave Guardian is a minor character in the film The Book of Life. He is the guardian to the Cave of Souls who resides at the edge of the Land of the Remembered. The Cave Guardian is the guardian at the entrance of the Cave of Souls. Manolo Sánchez, Carmen Sánchez and Luis Sánchez pass through after Manolo earns the right to be judged and passes the judgement.
