It feels SO good to have creative freedom like I did on my model for the #NeonHairBattle! I left my models natural color at the base and balayaged with kenra no ammonia lightener throughout to lighten my template! I used the Kenra Neon Fuchsia, Orange, Purple, and Charcoal.
