Ingredients:

Baisan 4 tbsp
Meetha soda 1 pinch
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Zeera 1 tsp
Yogurt 1/2 kg
Powdered sugar 2 tsp pr to taste
Milk 1/2 cup
Chaat Masala 
Imli ki chutney
Coriander leaves

Method :

-Add meetha soda, salt and zeera in baisan.
-Then gradually add water and make a smooth batter. (Keep the consistency as thick as shown in the video) 
-Set aside for 10 minutes then fry on medium flame until golden brown.
-Soak Bhallay for atleast 10 minutes then squeeze to remove access water.
-In a bowl, add yogurt, powdered sugar & milk and mix.
-Now place bhallay in a serving tray then pour yogurt, sprinkle some chaat masala, add imli ki chatni & coriander leaves on top and enjoy!!!
