Wheel of the Year Cross Stitch Pattern Modern Pagans celebrate eight major holidays throughout the year, known as Sabbats. The Pagan Sabbats include the four astronomical holidays (the equinoxes and solstices) and four traditional holidays in between. Together, these eight festivals are known as the Wheel of the Year.
